What is STOCKED?

STOCKED helps tradespeople — plumbers, HVAC techs, and electricians — order the parts a job needs from a local supply house. You pick your trade and job, see live stock, and send an order for pickup at the counter. Tradespeople use STOCKED for free; there is nothing to pay inside the app.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account?

Open the app, tap Sign up, and enter your email and a password (at least 6 characters). Your account is created right away and you'll be signed in.

I'm having trouble signing in

Make sure you're using the same email and password you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password or can't get in, email stockedparts@gmail.com and we'll help you reset it.

How do I order parts?

• Choose your trade and the job you're working on.
• STOCKED shows the parts that job needs, with live stock at your supply house.
• Add what you need to your cart and send the order.
• The supply house pulls it and holds it for pickup — you'll see when it's ready.

How do I know if a part is in stock?

Stock levels shown in the app come directly from the supply house's inventory and are updated automatically. If something is out of stock, you'll see it before you make the drive.

How do I pick up my order?

Once the supply house marks your order ready, head to the counter and give your name or order number. Your parts will be pulled and waiting.

I run a supply house — how do we join?

We'd love to work with you. Email stockedparts@gmail.com and we'll get you set up on the supply-house portal so your inventory shows up for local trades.

How do I delete my account?

Email stockedparts@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
